Contact
Road Clarity is run by one person, Mitja Kočevar, from Slovenia. Everything — corrections, questions, privacy requests, and anything else — goes to a single inbox.
There’s no contact form, no newsletter, and no ticketing system — just the address above.
Reporting a correction
This is the most useful thing you can send. If a rule is wrong, out of date, missing an exception, or a link to an official source has gone dead, it helps to include:
- •The URL of the page you were reading.
- •Which specific figure or rule looks wrong, and what you believe it should be.
- •A link to an official source, if you happen to have one — helpful, but not required.
Every correction is checked against an official source before anything on the site changes — nothing is published automatically. The sources & methodology page explains how that review works.
Requesting a country, city, or rule
If a country you drive in isn’t covered yet, or a city’s low-emission or restricted-traffic zone is missing, say so. Requests genuinely influence what gets researched next, and knowing which routes people actually drive is more useful than guessing.
Privacy and data requests
Questions about analytics, cookies, or your data can go to the same address — please mention “privacy” in the subject line so it doesn’t get lost among corrections. What the site collects and how consent works is set out in the privacy policy.
What I can’t help with
I can’t give legal advice, advise on a specific fine or court case, or tell you how a particular authority will treat your situation. Road Clarity is a reference for trip preparation, not a substitute for the relevant authority — see the terms of service. For anything involving an actual penalty, contact the issuing authority or a qualified professional in that country.
Response times
This is a side project rather than a staffed support desk, so replies can take several days, and messages that clearly need no answer may not get one. Every message is read. Corrections get looked at first, because a wrong rule on the site is worse than an unanswered question.
