By using Road Clarity, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Road Clarity provides general, summarized information about driving rules — speed limits, tolls, equipment, and similar topics — by country, and how they compare across a route. It’s a reference and trip-preparation tool, not an official government source.

Nothing on Road Clarity is legal, financial, or professional advice. Road rules change, can vary by circumstance (vehicle type, driver age, local exceptions, and more), and posted signs or local authorities always take precedence over anything shown here. Before you travel, verify current rules with an official source — most country pages link to one.

We try to keep information accurate and reasonably current, but we don’t guarantee that any figure, rule, or date on the site is complete, current, or error-free.

Road Clarity is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road Clarity and its operator aren’t liable for any loss, fine, delay, or other damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.

Country pages link to official government, traffic-authority, and toll-operator websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

Road Clarity doesn’t currently display advertisements. If we do in the future (for example, through Google AdSense), ads will be presented separately from the factual content on the page, and their presence doesn’t imply our endorsement of any advertiser.

Please don’t misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a scale that degrades service for other visitors, or using it to violate any law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Road Clarity after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
