Seville: ZBE Cartuja
Seville's low-emission zone is far narrower than Madrid's or Barcelona's: it covers two defined areas in the Cartuja district rather than the historic center, restricts only the most polluting unlabelled vehicles, and switches off entirely at weekends.

Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, 07:00–19:00. Outside those hours, and at weekends and on national, regional or local holidays, any vehicle may drive and park inside the zone regardless of its environmental label.
Which vehicles are affected
Only vehicles without one of the qualifying DGT labels are restricted — in practice category A, broadly petrol cars registered before 2000 and diesels before 2006. Vehicles carrying a 0 EMISIONES, ECO, C or B label may enter freely.
Registering a foreign or rental vehicle
A vehicle that doesn't hold a qualifying label can still be granted access through a "declaración responsable" permit, which is handled online. Foreign-registered vehicles carry no DGT label by default, so look at this route rather than assuming you are simply excluded.
How it's enforced
Enforced by automatic checks against DGT environmental-label records rather than by a physical barrier; the official page doesn't publish camera locations.
Exemptions
Vehicles with a 0 EMISIONES, ECO, C or B label are unaffected. Unlabelled vehicles can apply for access through the online declaración responsable.
Where the zone is
Two separate areas, Cartuja Norte and Cartuja Sur. The streets forming the outer boundary of each are themselves outside the zone.
